The Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist is the first product to address these 2 areas of need

1. The Cartar 125 is the first truly mobile Hoist that allows you to elevate a damaged car from ground height and move that car and hoist safely around your workshop. There are many hoists that are portable, but once the car is elevated, they become a static fixture.
   Only the Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist is truly mobile. Once the damaged car has been unhooked from the Tow Truck, it can be placed immediately onto the Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist. From there the damaged car can be dismantled and assessed. From here, the Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist and car can be wheeled to the Panel Section. Once straightened, then be wheeled to the Paint section. From there the final stage is to be reassembled and detailed. All this can be performed in safety and ease onboard the Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist.

1. The Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist gets the tradesman “off the floor”and “out from under the car” and allows him to work at a comfortable height. For the Trades person, he now has full access to any section of the car, even opening all 4 doors if he chooses.

Simply release the braking system and roll the Cartar 125 under your car using our ergonomic pulling stick. Once under the car, position your rubber pads between the car under-body and hoist.
Then with Air Line connected, push the lever, which will then elevate your vehicle.
With car now elevated to your chosen height, you can either place the hoist back into “Brake Lock” position or move the Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist and car to another location in your workshop.

What are the Features of the Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist?

• Air/ Hydraulic. Being powered by Air/Hydraulic, this allows the operator to wash, hose down or degrease any car on the Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist without causing any damage to the Hoist.

• On-Board Power-Pac. By having the Power-Pac “on-board” and integrated into the Hoist, you avoid the need to tow behind a trolley with all its leads etc.

• Cartar Wheel Elevation System. Our Patented “WES” is the key to this product. The “WES” allows the Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist to fit a wheel that is 125mm (5”) in Diameter into a Hoist that has a maximum height of 135 mm (5 ½”).

• Cartar “Brake Lock” System. This allows the operator to safely place the Cartar 125 into a full Brake Lock position.

• Overall height of 760mm. This offers a comfortable working height. The operator can choose any height in-between and up to 760 mm.

• Safety features. The Cartar Industries are very focused on Strength and Safety, with many features to prove this built into the Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist.

• Lift capacity of 2,200 kg. The Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist as a mobile platform has applications in many trades: Body Repair Industry, Auto Wreckers, Motor Trimmers, Auto Electrical, Heavy Truck Components, Marine and manufacture.

• Car-O-Liner Compatible. The Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist can elevate a car high enough to fit the Car-O-Liner wheel stands that are required for the Mark 4-6 Bench’s.

• Space Saver. The Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist is a great saver of factory space. For those long term jobs that are waiting on parts, instead of sitting on the conventional hoists for weeks at a time, the Cartar 125 Mobile Hoist allows you to wheel the car out of the way.
